“Red Bank has plenty of good restaurants, but this is one of my favorites. I live in the area, and we enjoy The Bistro for both lunch and dinner. The Bistro offers a good variety on the menu including nice salads, pasta dishes, seafood entrees, sushi, and pizza. And there are a lot of interesting selections. I think this is a great place to take a group because there is always something for everyone. The food is consistently very good. The dining room is pretty, with large front doors that are opened up onto the main street on nice days, and outdoor seating. The Bistro is a bring-your-own restaurant. Stop at the liquor store on the corner to pick up a bottle of wine to enjoy with your dinner. I love it!!

The best in Jersey… One of the best bistros i have been to yet. Amazing Sushi bar, and great food.
